Brittany Ferries was looking for a partner who could clean and refresh large ferries very quickly and effieciently. They have very tight turnaround times that need to be achieved without comprising quality.  

how did we help?

We clean and service six large passenger ferries that only have 90 minutes to be cleaned and made ready for the next sailing. This includes making up to 365 two-to-four berth cabins in an hour and cleaning restaurants, cafés and all public areas. We also clean Brittany Ferries’ passenger terminal in Portsmouth.

Their ferries must set sail on time each day and we ensure that they leave in pristine condition every time. This requires us to be totally flexible, bringing in additional trained people or resources when needed, especially during poor weather.

 

All day to day discussions are conducted by MITIE management with our client in French, because with us - nothing's ever too much, n’est-ce-pas?
