We currently provides an integrated facilities management service to the CLG’s 3 major London offices totalling around 750,000ft². The engineering maintenance services we provide are delivered by over 100 people, working to support around 3,000 CLG staff.
Innovation in both building and engineering services gives flexibility in meeting the changing needs of the working environment with significant changes in direction - from existing outsourced managing agent contractor with a plethora of sub-contractors, to a fully integrated FM team all employed by MITIE.
A major cost reduction has been achieved in the first year with targeted further reductions over the initial five-year term.
