Our national response team provides 24 hour a day protection; available to provide regular checks and patrols to complement your security personnel provision, or as an effective alternative to having a dedicated security officer.

Mobile patrolling
A visible deterrent to potential thieves and nuisance makers with regular, recurrent visits which is ideal for evenings and weekends. We also carry out random checks avoiding a traceable pattern.
Key holding
Our high profile vehicles carry the latest key protection systems and have vehicle tracking; providing an effective deterrent to criminals and giving you peace of mind that your keys are safe in our hands.
In addition, we provide you with key receipts, incident reports and other management information to support your business.
Locks and unlocks
We will visit your premises within an agreed timeframe in order to ensure that your premises are vacated. A full internal patrol will be conducted ensuring all windows and doors are secure. Once complete your alarm will be set/un-set and your building secured.
Void property checks
Our officers will visit your void premises to carry out external and internal inspections to deter opportunist thieves and vandalism. All visits are recorded in compliance with BS 7499 and will be electronically monitored through our bespoke live time reporting process.
Reducing cost without compromising security
Whilst on site our response officers check for forced entry and security breaches, along with vandalism and weather damage. They are trained to highlight any potential risks to our clients; findings are then reported through our bespoke incident report system. A copy of this is then passed to the operations manager to ensure that the potential risk is highlighted to you.
Our patrols make sure that:
- The risk of fire is minimised and your bills are reduced by turning off non-essential appliances (including PCs);
- Washroom areas are secure, minimising the risk of flooding;
- Windows and doors have been left secure by departing staff.
Other auxiliary services available include meter readings and contractor escorting.
Our security presence is heightened by using MITIE Total Security Management warning boards, liveried vehicles and uniformed fully licensed security officers.
