In 2010, Terry Cheese, our innovation and relationship manager, was awarded the BSIA Chairman’s Award for his passion and delivery of training and development. As an experienced learning and development specialist, Terry has developed internal training programmes for officers and operations managers as well as bespoke training for clients tailored to their specific needs and environments. Terry’s ‘achieving security excellence’ guides detail everything that a person needs to know and do in order to be an effective security officer. Working together with the Key Result Areas, known as Performance and Work Standards, we can measure performance consistently and fairly, and design meaningful and challenging objectives tailored to your business.
