It comes as no surprise that at MITIE we are committed to sustainable client partnerships that ensure we deliver exactly what they want while partnering with them to achieve their sustainability goals.
Our attention to detail and dedication to provide the highest possible quality of service is unchanged however the extent to which we partner our clients has evolved.
In today’s society it’s necessary that we consider a number of broader factors not least our impact on climate change during our service delivery and the need to drive down cost, but also to ensure by doing so we are avoiding wastage, engaging with and selecting responsible suppliers, continuing to support our people using sustainably linked incentives and rewards while engaging with our clients in local projects to improve the well-being of those who live in the communities in which we operate.
Our European award winning Real Apprentice Programme and our network of both Construction and FM Skill Centres across UK schools extends our reach into our communities to provide opportunity and inspiration to young people and those unemployed who through background or personal circumstances have lost belief in their own abilities.
What is our objective?
Make sure we have the right processes and systems in place to nurture relationships with clients and add the most value possible.
How will we achieve this?
- By surveying our key clients on a rolling basis to measure and establish our net promoter score baseline, recording responses into our group-wide CRM system to enable maximum knowledge sharing.
- Carrying out one independent survey of our strategic clients to monitor key industry trends;
- Share our innovative programmes to extend both our own and our clients’ community footprints via the Real Apprentice and our FM and Construction Skills Centres.
