Our technical facilities and energy management services can help reduce costs and really add value to your organisation. We self deliver virtually all key services through our own highly trained, in-house people to provide a fully integrated hard services FM solution. And that service can extend to a total FM package through the involvement of MITIE’s support service operations.

Alternatively, we can operate specific maintenance contracts for you encompassing HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems including high-voltage, low-voltage, lighting and power distribution systems, UPS and standby power generators; lifts, escalators, and special building projects.

We’ll undertake effective testing and maintenance regimes to ensure your buildings function efficiently and safely to all current environmental and statutory compliance requirements. On the principle that prevention is better than cure, we’ll work with you on lifecycle planning and condition surveys, including full asset condition reports, forward maintenance and replacement planning, capital programmes and budgets.

We’ve also developed specialist technical service lines to tackle the specific needs of the modern built environment including:
